Black Eyedrop

I love using Sumopaint, but I don't think I can ever use it again. This is why. I got onto Sumopaint today and started working on a cat drawing. I had a reference image and when I tried to use the eyedropper tool, it showed that I had the color, but when I used it, it was black. I did it over and over again. I reloaded the tab, open and closed my laptop, I even waited 3 hours and it still was just black. I wnt to a different tool and tried it again but the same thing happened. When I tried to use a different tool and just alter the settings of it, black. I have no clue why and I can't add any color at all now. PLEASE HELP ME I USE THIS SO MUCH D:
