We need a ban/report feature so i can stop doing this

The user "christiana ndu" has been commenting on posts and using legit every swear word there is for no reason. censored, but still really annoying and negative. someone in charge should ban her for being offensive and explicit. not sure what EXACTLY to post here, but just thought this should be called to attention.
