I added yoga to my life

I didn’t use to work out at all. The most I did was walking. But in the past six months, I added yoga to my life. Mostly to get rid of my back pain. I started with simple poses, a lot of which are here https://unimeal.com/blog/easy-yoga-10-best-poses-for-two-people-218. And I never would’ve thought that yoga could be such a good way to get in shape or I’d even say into great shape. And no more back pain!
