I’ve been looking for something reliable that doesn’t tie me to subscriptions or contracts. Most platforms seem to pile on monthly fees, which adds up quickly when you’re running a small practice. I came across a setup that works more like cash-based clinic software, where you pay once and actually own the license. That sounds like a much cleaner approach. Has anyone here tried it and found it sustainable long term?
