Topped up my I-Pass account online last week, but my dashboard still shows a low balance and tags are declining. I submitted my payment receipt and account details via the website form but have yet to see any change. Has anyone successfully refreshed their I-Pass balance after a payment delay? Which specific information convinced their team to post the credit?
