Looking for clean EAAs or BCAAs that help recovery and energy

I’ve been getting more serious about my training, and I’ve read that amino acids can really help with recovery and endurance. But I see so many products with flashy labels and no real info. I don’t want something full of sugar or artificial colors. Where do you get your aminos, and do they actually make a difference during workouts?

I had the same doubts at first, but once I tried a few solid products, I saw a big improvement in endurance and recovery. I personally use “EAA Complete” and sometimes “Amino Rush” during longer sessions. Helps me train harder and reduces next-day soreness. The blends are clean, not overloaded with artificial flavors, and you can see exactly what’s inside. I mix it with water before or during my lifts. If you’re training consistently, especially in a caloric deficit, this can really help. Do you usually train fasted or after meals?
