How to prepare a site for a foundation?

Hello everyone! Has anyone had experience preparing a site for a shed, a concrete pad, or, say, a recreation area in the yard? I am currently looking for a contractor who can do everything efficiently and without unnecessary mess in the yard. It is especially important that the lawn is not damaged and everything is done on time. I came across the site https://www.siteprep.com/ - they seem to have more than 10 years of experience in installing foundations and 25 years in concrete work. They promise that they take care of the territory, work quickly and professionally, plus - if something is wrong with the foundation, they come and fix it. Has anyone already contacted them? I would be grateful for any feedback or advice. I do not want to chase after several contractors, I want to do everything at once and without nerves. Share how you solved this issue!“ Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.

I just recently completed a project with a concrete pad for a recreation area in the backyard. To be honest, the organization of the process was the most difficult moment. It would be cool if one contractor could take on everything - excavation, leveling, and laying. The idea of not having to deal with 3-4 teams in a row is very close to me. Plus, it is always important for the company to listen to the little things: where not to touch the tree, where not to damage the drain. So if the guys really work attentively and without unnecessary fuss, that’s a big plus.

I did a garage foundation last summer, and it can really be a headache if you get the wrong people. In my case, the contractor delayed the deadline, and the lawn was simply destroyed. So I started looking for those who work with compact equipment and really take into account the client's wishes. Considering that the guys from Site Prep have experience not only in foundations, but also in landscaping solutions, this could be a great option. I am especially pleased that they come back if something goes wrong - this is a rarity.
