I’ve been looking into different equipment companies and wanted to share my experience. Yarbo customer service really stood out to me because, while the products are solid, getting answers quickly can sometimes be tricky. A few people mentioned delays or miscommunications, but if you’re patient and follow up, they do respond. It’s one of those things where the equipment itself is good, but knowing how to work with the support team makes a big difference. Has anyone else used Yarbo gear and had smooth or frustrating experiences?
