I installed a Google Nest thermostat, but it wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. I called their support at (855) 888-8209 and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. The representative couldn't resolve the issue and suggested I contact my internet provider. I then tried their live chat, which provided scripted responses that didn't address my problem. I searched https://google-nest.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and found others with similar experiences. Eventually, I returned the product and opted for a different brand with better support.
