 I don’t use anything myself, but it’s wild how different people react to various methods. One guy I train with swears by massage guns, another tracks every gram of carbs. I’ve hit a wall with muscle recovery lately. No matter how clean I eat or how much I rest, my legs stay sore for days after heavy squats.
