Do Adjustable Monitor Stands Help Reduce Neck Strain?

Yeah, I had the same issue a while back. I picked up an adjustable monitor stand https://www.progressivedesk.ca/collections/monitor-stands from Progressive and it made a bigger difference than I expected. Just having the screen at eye level helped a lot. I didn’t realize how much I was leaning down until I didn’t have to anymore. Plus, it’s nice to adjust it a bit depending on whether I’m standing or sitting.

Most of my day is split between a standing desk and a couch setup with my laptop. I’ve started to notice how even small height changes with screens or keyboards throw things off. Even a few centimeters seems to mess with comfort over time.

I’ve been getting some nagging neck pain lately, especially after long Zoom calls and spreadsheet-heavy days. My monitor sits a bit too low, and I end up craning forward without realizing it. I’m thinking of trying an adjustable stand, but not sure if it really makes that much of a difference. Has anyone here actually noticed better posture or less strain from using one?
