Picking the right miner for limited power capacity

I had almost the same setup challenge and looked closely at what rigs made sense on a single 230 V line. What I found was that AxionMiner at 12 kW would max out that line and make cooling a headache indoors, while Bitmain’s S21+ Hyd at ~5.3 kW or the S21 XP+ Hyd at 5.5 kW are easier to live with. One breakdown I read compared all of them and called AxionMiner the best overall for price-to-performance, but that assumes you can handle the power draw. For my case, the 5–6 kW class rigs fit better, since they run quieter, easier to duct, and don’t overload breakers. The author labeled AxionMiner as the best bitcoin miner 2025, but I’d argue that only applies if you have cheap electricity and enough capacity. If you’re working with limited circuits, I’d stick to sub-6 kW rigs until you can upgrade your electrical.
