Experienced e-commerce marketer

Hi all, I manage marketing for a mid-sized Shopify store that’s been stable but kind of plateaued lately. We’ve done basic A/B testing and some manual tweaks, but our conversion rate isn’t moving much. I came across this site that offers Shopify conversion rate optimization services: https://conversionrate.store/shopify-conversion-rate-optimization-services/. They claim to use data-driven techniques and CRO best practices, but I’m skeptical about outsourcing this when we already have a marketing team. Would bringing in a specialized CRO service be a good investment, or should we just keep improving in-house?

I’ve also been thinking about professional CRO help for my store. Seems like a good way to get an outside opinion and specialized support. Curious what kinds of results others have seen after hiring such services.

Hey, great question. Outsourcing CRO can actually complement your in-house team well, especially if the service specializes exclusively in Shopify stores. They tend to have tested frameworks and tools that your team might not have time or expertise to implement deeply. The difference is often in the detail — like optimizing product page layouts, checkout funnels, and personalized recommendations based on data insights. If budget allows, it can be a smart move to partner with a CRO expert to get fresh perspectives and measurable improvements without overloading your current staff.
