Booked a full-service grooming appointment for my terrier at Pawfect House, including haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Pickup time passed, and only the haircut was done—no trim, no ears. I messaged through their online form but didn’t receive a reply or explanation. Has anyone experienced a partial grooming session and eventually got the full service completed or refunded?
